Our approach is brand first, and we’re seeing more and more developers adopt this. By starting here, the brand identity look and feel can influence the entire project. Ultimately the goal is to make sure that the customer experience is seamless, and joined up at every touchpoint. Everyone from the interior designer, landscape architect, and leasing team can bring the influence of the brand into their respective parts of the project.

Taking inspiration from the Long Beach location, we looked at pictogram graphics that represent the bike path, ocean and city to create an identity that is bright, fun, energized and reminiscent of the beach.
